What Are Attendance Requirements?

 

An attendance standard is a necessary requirement of Rotary membership to ensure the proper commitment to your fellow Rotarians and to Club projects.  To retain your membership, you must attend at least 60% of the Club’s weekly meetings in a year’s time.  Our Club has 48 annually scheduled meetings.  At a minimum you must commit to attending 29 meeting a year.  If you miss one of our club’s meetings you are strongly encouraged to make up that meeting by attending the meeting of a neighboring Club.  Members who miss four consecutive meetings without approved leave of absence may be dropped from the Club.
